Dee was a nurse for Dr. Reid Henry and retired at the age of 74. She was a Sunday school teacher at Rosedale Baptist church. Dee also enjoyed cruising, fishing, and singing in the 39’rs singing group. Dee loved to bowl, she was on a bowling league until the age of 90, and received the split queen award. Dee hosted most of the family gathering.
Dee left to cherish her memories daughters, Linda Jennings (Bill), Judy Gingerich (Greg), and Linda Luebke; sons, Bill Luebke (Dewanna) and Mike Luebke; grandchildren, Brent Gingerich (Randi), Jordan Stapleton (Jennifer), Brandon McGuire, Dustin Luebke (Kyzer), Brandi Bartlett (Mike), Kristen Heath (Scott), Alan Jennings, and David Jennings; great grandchildren, Cameron Stapleton, Isabella and Gabriel McGuire, Carter, Anasyn and Whit Luebke, Masen and Reese Bartlett, Cannon and Lennon Kate Heath.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her two late husbands, Harold Stapleton for 42 years and Virgil Luebke for 20 years,her son, Jimmy Stapleton, granddaughter, Ashley Jenning, and her brother, Lloyd Hutson Jr.
A funeral service will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home on September, 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow service at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
