Joanne, you were on my mind just yesterday!  Now I find, just this evening, that you have gone Home, after what appears to be a long illness.  How did we ever lose touch?  We were such good friends, co-workers, you were my Maid of Honor.  I am the one who lost track of you, over the years.  And now, I cannot see you.  My heart is broken but you are no longer in pain.  Maybe I can find your gardens and see the gentleness you planted on this Earth. You were the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate person who shared your love everywhere you were.  Those who have always been in your life were blessed. Maybe you have found Dennis by now as he passed 21 years ago.  You both were angels sent to us and I can only pray to be blessed enough to see you both again.
My sincerest condolences to your family and friends.  Rest in peace, dear friend, you are sorely missed.  Karen

I'm very grateful that you knew Christ as your Lord and Savior and be God's will that you are home now no more pain Joanne. I love you with all my heart , I'll miss you , keeping you alive in my heart as we all will . Joanne was about family. Always thinking about others, making sure all the birthday cards, anniversary cards or phone calls were done. It was part of her life that she enjoyed, along with her enjoyment of her flower gardens and what she added to enhance them. The beauty of life that she brought to all of us will be greatly missed.  Love you Joanne.

Joanne was truly a selfless woman.  She was so caring and loving.   She has helped so many in need. I count it a blessing to say I am so thankful Joanne was my sister. Dear Joanne its gonna strange not having you around anymore, especially in the spring and summers when it comes time to plant flowers and get you little nook ready for all your favorite things all kinds of plant and all the statues and the water fountain, and then when it was altogether we would sit out there and have coffee, have our cameras ready for birds, bunnys and squirles and maybe a deere would pop up, Im going to miss that with you it was our special time for us. but now you are free no more pain needle poke or hoses, you are on your way to your new home tell mom and dad hi and I love them and miss them. lots of love your little bit older sister
