Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law: Sharon and Gene McDaniel, Brenda and Bill Hayes and Steve Posante; grandchildren: Thomas Meisch, Renae Cavallaro, Cheri Partee, Carrie Ann Selbee, Mary F. Lundy, James Selbee, Jennifer Hayes, Christy Borland and many great and great-great grandchildren; Fran’s faithful companion cat, even to the end, by her side, #5.

Fran’s passions include: caring for elderly people, reading her bible, praying (especially for all her grandchildren).

Fran is preceded in death by her 1st husband and father of her children, Thomas Meisch, second husband, Harold DePew, son, James T. Meisch, daughter, Mary I. Posante, granddaughter, Debbie Meisch.

Fran’s family is greatly appreciative of Great Lakes Hospice, all the visiting nurses and aides, Rachel, Mindy, Kim, Kelly, Pastor Dave, and Fran’s favorite doctor, Mark Kallus.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts in Fran’s name given to Great Lakes Hospice, Animal Aid of Branch County, or to New Beginnings Ministries of Niles, MI.

Fran, per her wishes, has been cremated and a private memorial service will be planned at a later date.
