Darlene was active in bridge club, loved bowling, the family cottage in Lake Odessa, golfing, casino, crosswords, Sudoku, and gardening. Darlene had a great group of friends at Albion High School known as the “Fabulous 15”.
She is survived by her children, Tracy (Dave) Schiman, Lana (Beilfuss) McCavit, and Clay (Kim) Beilfuss; grandchildren, Clay Schiman, Kate Schiman, Maci McCavit, Kannon McCavit, Brody Beilfuss, Bryce (Hailey) Beilfuss; sister, Mavis Blaine, as well as, many nieces and nephews
Darlene is preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Beilfuss, parents, Charles and Minnie (Horton) Counterman, and eight siblings.
A graveside service for Darlene will take place on Tuesday, October 01, 2024 at 12:00PM at Albion Memory Gardens, 26905 B Drive South, Albion, MI 49224.
Donations are welcome to J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home to help with burial expenses. Memorials can be made in Darlene’s memory to Hillsdale High School Track and Hillsdale County Hospice.
