Lucille G. McNair

Lucille was born on July 3, 1922 in Albion to Charles and Flora (Shelby) Miller.

She married Robert McNair on August 5, 1964 in West Salem, IL.

Lucille was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Albion. Together with Robert, she raised livestock and chickens and sold eggs. She also baked and decorated cakes for all occasions; weddings, birthdays and special events.

She taught Sunday School classes and served as church secretary/treasurer in her early years of church of attendance. She was a loving and devoted wife.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Gilbert and Allen Miller.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, of Albion, two sisters-in-law: Patsy Miller of Albion and Ruth Miller, of Fairfield, IL.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, a host of friends and Sunshine, her cat.

Funeral service for Lucille McNair will be held at 2PM on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Ingram Funeral Home, Albion. Burial will follow in the West Village Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the afternoon from 2 to 4PM at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Free Methodist Church of Albion.
