Joan was born on June 4, 1933 in West Virginia to Birch and Lena (Hannah) Davisson. She worked for the government and Tenney Tool and Supply as a secretary. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and doing crafts.
Joan loved animals and spending time with her family and friends. She was a people-person; never met a stranger and had a wonderful sense of humor and was SOMETIMES sarcastic.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Fletcher, children, Mark and Deborah, 5 brothers and sisters, and great-grandson, Lucious Fletcher.
Joan will be deeply missed by her sons, Michael (Kay) Fletcher, and Donald (Mary) Fletcher, grandchildren, Joshua and Michael, great-grandsons, Michael, Logan, and Octavius.
