Harmon Harrison

Harmon is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Virginia D. Harrison, daughter, Annetta M. Bennage, sons, Harmon “Jeff” (Susan) Harrison, Calvin O. Harrison, and John M. Harrison and family, grandchildren, David J. (Christina) Harrison, Heather (Matt) Shorter, Robert W. (Alicia) Bennage, II, Yvonne M. Bennage, Rachel L. Bennage, great grandchildren, Renae M. Bennage, Robert W. Bennage III, Keiani M. Jones, Annetta L.Bennage, Lucas A. Harrison, and William J. Harrison.

Harmon worked at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio for 48 years and retired in December 1999. He worked in various different departments over the years at Goodyear and had many friends. Harmon believed in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family would like to thank the staff of Copley Health Center and Gentiva Hospice for the love and care they gave to Harmon and his family.

Friends and family may come to call on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 11-12 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 3653 West Market Street, Akron. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Entombment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
