Robert is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Evelyn and his cherished children Sydney(Mike) and William.
Robert is the son of Jennifer Prest and Hank Bedard(predeceased) and the son in law of Olga and Arnold Bell (predeceased). He is survived by his brother Mike (Laura), Tom (Jodi) and sister Nicole (Dan) and brother in law of Lee Ann (Ed) and Susan (Jerry). Bob loved dearly his many nieces and nephews Kate, Steve, Holly, Mac, Cassidy, Tatum, Rachel, Georgia, Tess, Tadgh, Harrison, Wren, Kayden, Ruby and Ivy. Robert had many loved friends and neighbors that were part of our extended family.
Bob was an active volunteer in his community and believed in making it better. Nine years coaching minor hockey and several years coaching his wife's hockey team(haha).he served on parent council both in Acton and Georgetown. He was president of Acton Rotary club twice and served as assistant district governor. Later he was on the board for heritage Acton and the curling club.
He touched many lives.
A celebration of life will be held at Heritage Acton Town Hall, 19 Willow St., on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm The family requests that guests bring stories of Bob's life to share.
