Beulah Mae DeWitt was born February 24th, 1943 at Austin, Travis County, Texas to John Brockenton DeWitt and Annie Mae Small DeWitt. She passed away on December 25th, 2023, in Abilene, Taylor County, Texas at the age of 80.
Beulah was brought to the Abilene State School at the age of five. She had a very high fever which left her incapacitated. She had a beautiful soul and was finally reunited with her sister and family in about 2009. She liked music and chocolate ice cream. She loved to touch and caress small soft stuffed animals.
She was preceded in death by her father John Brockenton DeWitt, May 19, 1983 and her mother Annie Mae Small Cooper, July 20, 1982 and two brothers J.B. DeWitt, Jr, and Charlie DeWitt.
She is survived by three brothers: Johnnie, Frank, and Robert DeWitt and two sisters Debra Jordan and Diane Walker. She also had one brother named Dale Cooper on her mother’s side of the family.

She will be laid to rest on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 2:30 PM at the Abilene Municipal Cemetery in the DeWitt Family plot next to her great great-grandmother, Mary Elizabeth(Bearden) DeWitt
