Andrew Daniel Baker was born on March 16th, 1992 to Robert Wayne Baker and Leota Rodena Baker in Lubbock, Tx. He grew up in the small town of Tye, Tx where he was loved by many friends and family. Andrew was the youngest born son having two older brothers Joshua Wheeler, and Robert Baker II. Andrew went to school in Merkel and after graduating he began a career working in the oilfield. At a young age, Andrew became a father to Skyler Daniel Baker, and later had two other daughters Harmony Faith and Mariah Grace. Soon after putting his troubled pieces together, he met the love of his life Sara Monique Olvera, and began raising a family becoming a dad to Selia and Xavier Baker. Together they shared many special memories, but the greatest memories spent were the times with all of their children. Andrew was a natural born leader and the desire to be seen always made Andrew stand out in a room full of others and the life of the party. Anyone who knew Andrew knew that he was confident, charming, had a contagious smile, and an unforgettable laugh. He had several hobbies he enjoyed doing in his everyday life, such as motorsports, spending time with close friends/ family, and of course the pride he had in his ever expanding shoe collection.
He will always be loved and remembered by his surviving family, wife Sara Baker, Children Skyler, Harmony, Mariah, Selia, and Xavier; His mother Leota and step dad Jeff Mitchell of Safety Harbor, FL., brother’s Joshua Wheeler and wife Laura of Abilene,Tx., Robert Baker II and wife Des’Rae of Abilene, Tx., four nephews Kayden, Kaleb, Killian, and Colin; grandmother’s Mary Steward and Janice Baker; and a devoted uncle David Wheeler, Jr. He will also continue to be remembered and loved by numerous friends and extended family.
He is proceeded in death by his father Robert Wayne Baker, two grandfather’s Robert Earl Baker, and David Lloyd Wheeler Sr.
