It is with great love and much sorrow that the family announces the passing of Myrna. Predeceased by former spouses Richard Pokrant, Arthur (Bud) Lenz, and Henry Block. Survived by Cynthia (Dave) Kennedy and Darryl (Sherri) Pokrant.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at the Peace Lutheran Church, Abbotsford on 18 January 2022
She was born in Manitoba, lived in Alberta and later came to British Columbia to be with her final love, Henry Block.
She kept in touch with dozens of friends old and new through Facebook and texting. She had hoped to do more traveling, but Covid delayed that too long. She took on recent challenges as a strata counsel president and mastering an iPhone when she broke her wrist. In the past she was Stony Plain, AB friendliest Avon lady.
A graveside gathering at Weidenfeld Cemetery in Manitoba later to be announced with a wiener roast to follow.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to Archway Community Services – Food Bank of Abbotsford at www.abbotsfordfoodbank.com a charity that Myrna supported.
