She will be deeply missed by: Her children Brent, Lorielle, and Mark (Leah), her brother Dennis (Diane) and their children Darren and Denaye. Irene was so proud of her grandchildren Vanessa, Graham, Grant, Nathaniel, Ashley, Kelly and Elise. She had an unwavering love for her family and friends. She also had a special place in her heart for all animals and a deep connection to her pets. As a young adult, Irene was very talented in sports and enjoyed Women's Hockey, Track & Field and Softball. She developed a special passion for curling which she kept throughout her life. Irene was everyone's biggest supporter and touched the hearts of so many in so many ways.

A memorial service for Irene will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Henderson's Fraser Valley Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford, BC V2S1M1.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irene's memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of British Columbia.
