Unfortunately this was the second time we had to use Kraft in one year. John took care of us both times and my family and I couldn't have been more thankful for his services. He's kind, informative and most importantly you can tell he cares about us and our family. During the hardest time of my life, he made the process so much easier.

Since 1959 my family has always used Kraft. My uncle passed at age 151/2. My grandparents experienced kindness and understanding from the Kraft as they worked through the grief of losing a child.
