my deepest condolences on the loss of your son / brother / family member /and very good friend of mine. i had the pleasure of meeting / working /and playing with richie (sherm as i called him)in san diego in the early 80s and to this day i still think about all the good times we had he made it easy he was good people.when i heard of sherms passing i cried because i had lost a very good friend of mine.but i will never lose the great memories i have of the times i spent with him.you will be missed by all my good friend especially by me.rest in peace my good friend.(book-em dano)

I am saddened to hear of Richie's passing. I have great memories of him and all of the Sherman brothers. Very sorry for your loss. Richie was a great guy.

We just wanted to say "thank you" to everyone for your thoughts and prayers and to his family and friends who were able to attend his memorial services.  We apologize to those of you who were not notified but things moved pretty fast. We love you brother and you will be missed.
