Jaclyn Ashley Haines passed away in Yuma on December 23, 2017 at the age of 31.
Jackie was a native of Yuma. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Haines, her mother Pamala Haines Willsey, her father Mark Haines, her sister Samantha (Corey) Seward, her nephews David, Isaiah and Mikel, her niece TaraLynn as well as various aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and numerous friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest a donation to the O C Johnson School for memorial benches to be placed at the school.
