Veronica C Wall

She was born on August 8, 1925 to Patrick and Helen (Burns) Wall in Yonkers where she was raised and educated. Ronnie was a restaurant manager at various Horn & Hardart restaurants and worked in the food industry for decades until her retirement in 1988. She was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church and was a member of the Fr. Finian Sullivan Seniors and the VFW Post 1666 Women’s Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her son, Daniel Walsh, two brothers, Matthew and Edward (Buddy) Wall, six sisters, Margaret Yavorsky, Mary Zaremba, Helen Ercole, Theresa Lobbe, Patsy Tiedemann, and Alice Contrino, and most recently her niece, Linda D’Amato. She is survived by many nieces and nephews including Debby Moen and Doreen Browne. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all services are private. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
