Patrick Sheeran Jr.

Patrick Sheeran Jr. was born on May 26, 1936 in Carrickmore, Northern Ireland, son of Patrick and Margaret Mary “May” (Quinlivan) Sheeran. He was the second born of six siblings. He is survived by brothers Laurence and Martin and sister Margaret. He was predeceased by sister Anne and brother Maurice. He emigrated to the U.S. in the 1950s and served in the United States Air Force. He met Mary Hickey in Yonkers and they married in 1965. They were married for nearly 50 years, until her death in 2013. He worked for over 30 years for New York Telephone. He will be sorely missed among his family and friends. He is survived by his two sons and their spouses, Patrick III and Denise and James and Jessica, as well as four grandchildren, Courtney, Catherine, Emma and Brendan. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Thursday April, 26 at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home 168 Park Avenue Yonkers, NY. Funeral Mass, 10 am Friday April 27 at Christ the King Church 740 North Broadway Yonkers NY.
