Helen H. Parsons, loving sister and aunt passed away on Dec. 16, 2018.
Helen was the daughter of John N. and Margaret Carroll Parsons of Yonkers, born on Oct. 1, 1919. A lifelong resident of Yonkers and graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Helen had a long and successful career in advertising. She was a dedicated volunteer at St. John’s Hospital for 17 years. Helen was a woman of great faith and love and was devoted to her family. Helen is survived by her sister Rose Marie Quilty of Greenville, SC. and her brother LaSalle Parsons, O.F.M.Cap, of Okinawa, along with her eight loving nieces and nephews and their families. Visiting hours will be in Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Thursday December 20th from 3pm to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in Sacred Heart Church on Friday December 21st at 11am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
