Tina Tina Vining

Cumberland – Kristina Marie Vining, 23, of Cumberland died on Sunday January 11, 2015. She was born in Portland on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1991, a daughter of Sarah (Taylor) and Gregory Vining. She attended Cumberland schools, including Greely High School, and graduated from Portland High School, Class of 2009. She then attended Hesser College and received her Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy. Tina enjoyed playing softball, volleyball, basketball and singing in chorus.

She will be remembered for the sparkle in eyes, her bear hugs, her dazzling smile, perfecting the apple pie for her Dad and her overwhelming joy in helping anyone in her life. She will be missed for the sound of her playing and practicing her guitar, her singing, and the companionship she gave to her sisters. She was a wonderful aunt to her niece Serenity.

Tina is survived by her mother Sarah Leclair and her husband Andrew; her father Gregory Vining and his wife Terry; her maternal grandfather Dr. William F. Taylor; her paternal grandmother Claire Vining; sisters Carol Ann Vining and Andrea Taylor Vining; her niece Serenity Lynn Geisinger and her very special friend Derek Cadigan. She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Maggie Taylor.
