Willie Ray Howell, age 89, of Yakima, Washington passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
A graveside service for Willie will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at West hills Memorial Park, 11800 Douglas Dr., Yakima, WA 98909.
