It's been 19 months and I'm still so heart-broken because he's gone. I remember when Charlie started calling me Grandma!!! Lol  The look in his eyes when he would say "Grandma" always made me laugh.  No one else will ever call me Grandma again. That has been reserved for Charlie.  He hadn't been around much but a few days before he passed, I interrupted his video call with his sister Miranda and was able to see him and chat a second. I'm grateful that I was given that opportunity.  Charlie had a heart bigger and softer than anyone I have ever met in my life. He may not have always made the best decisions but, he always made the best decision he could at the time with the options he was given. I'll always love and miss my goofy "grandson" Hugs and kisses to Heaven. 

9 months ago the most amazing, loving, goofiest guy got taken away from us. Months going by and there’s so much hurt, anger, and tears built up. it’s a type of pain that just won’t go away, no matter what I do. Everyday that goes by is another day of me realizing ur actually gone… honestly it sucks. I miss you tons. a little more today. It shouldn’t be like this 😞 but it is… and I don’t think that’ll ever sit right with me💔

Charlie was there for me for everything, we were friends at Wilson and naches ♥️ All though we did not talk much at Wilson we became really good friends at Naches. He would always make me laugh trying to cheer me up when I was down I rember when he would go full days or even if he could eat at the 8th grade lunch time we would eat at the same table talking about life and what not. When he went to naches he was like my best friend from there when he first showed up he walked in the naches I was like "wsp charlie" I was shocked he remberd me I love you charlie rest in paradise 💖 - lele

My baby brother...it just doesn’t feel real. Every day I wake up and wish this nightmare would end!! I trust God and know he needed you for a reason even if I don’t understand it. You were loved by so many people and the goodness you shared with us will always be cherished! My world won’t be the same without you in it. You had a smile and laugh that were contagious!! Charlie was so caring and the sweetest with me I’m glad I had the opportunity to be his girlfriend nothing but good memories with him♥️ I’ll forever miss him and he’ll forever be in my heart 

Charlie touched my life only briefly.  He attended the school where I work in Naches as a secretary.  But he made an impact on my heart.  He was such a kind and generous person, overcoming obstacles and helping others do the same.  Some people come into your life briefly, yet leave a huge impact...that was Charlie.  I grieve for his family and for the future he will not have.  God Bless you, Charlie!

I was saddened to hear this news...One of my sweet Kinder friends! I still remember that sweet little face, contagious smile and that bubbly funny kid that you were! You always made me smile and laugh. You brought so much character to our classroom and you were easy to like! You had your moments but there was always something special about you! I remember whenever I was down he would try and cheer me up, I miss his jokes and his laugh💔 I had so much love for Charlie and I saw a great future ahead of him, you’ll always be in my heart charlie💕🕊 

Charlie was one of my all-time favorite students at Robertson Elementary. I will never forget him (or his family squad of Brayden, Blake, Candace and Crystal). He touched my heart- he challenged me and blessed me. I will never forget him or Cindy. Rest in peace Charlie. 

I remember charlie used to stay at my house and with my other friends and we used to make my mom mad on purpose and we would stay up all night and just talk and mess around . it was fun and now i can never get those days back but he was loving caring and no matter what mood he was in he would always find a way to make you smile.. he loved you as long as you loved him and i know he loved his family more then anything in the world but some days i just wish he would come knocking on my door to spend the night or text me see how im doing. forever and alwayz my heart will be with his family!.❤️

I learned today that Charlie Taylor died. He couldn't remember my name so he called me "teacher", this made me giggle because my name plate was in front of him, and he was a great reader. Finally he gradually started calling me by name. He touched my heart. His shy smile was contagious, and he made me smile and laugh at so many little things. I loaned him my special coloring pencils over the weekend to work on his drawings, he was especially proud of his sunflower. He returned the pencils that Monday morning, without me asking for them. I told him he could keep them but he avidly told me "I took a long time sharpening them, to return them to you teacher". As a class we would go out and play BB, he gently taught the other students to shoot hoops, and how to throw and catch a football. Never overthrowing it, alway making his classmates feel like a success. We played the board game Sorry together, he would discretely read the cards to the two students that couldn't read. All without being asked, never being unkind to them, showing them dignity. He will be in my heart forever. He is missed. I still have the class signed BB. I will never look at it the same again. 

Cindy and Suellen I am so sorry for your loss.  Cindy be strong like I have known you to be for over 20yrs.  May god bless you and your family.
