Nancy White

Nancy, 74, was born on October 6, 1947 and lived the majority of her life in Ashtabula County. She worked as a laborer, cosmetologist, and baker over the years. Her most cherished role in life was as a mother and grandmother. Nancy more recently lived in Powell, Ohio where she spent much of her time reading books, playing monster trucks, and building Lego creations with her pride and joy grandsons. She also enjoyed spoiling her backyard cardinals, squirrels and chipmunks.

Passing before Nancy were her parents Everett L. Smith and Nadine E. Hammons (Booher), brother Karl L. Smith, and son Robert W. White. She is survived by her children William (Sandi) A. White IV and Stacy N. Lilly (White), sister Sue (Leo) K. Zimmerman (Hammons), grandchildren Jackson, Jacob, Miles, Kimberly and Destiny, and five great-grandchildren.

The family sincerely thanks Pat Dale, Nancy’s best friend since childhood, for her invaluable support and guidance, as well as Interim Healthcare for its compassion and care.

A celebration of Nancy’s life will take place on Saturday July 23, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at West Avenue Church of Christ, 5901 West Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio.
