Larry Glenn Jackson, 76, of Worthington, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024. Larry was born on May 17, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to Rodney Jackson and Doris Forney Jackson Board. Larry spent part of his childhood with his Uncle Luther and Aunt Anna Goode. He was also very fond of his step-father, John Board.
Larry graduated from Marion Franklin High School in Columbus, Ohio. After graduation, Larry went on to enlist in the United States Air Force. He was ranked as a sergeant during his years of service. After he was granted an Honorable discharge from the Air Force, Larry went on to work in the world of insurance and finance. Over the years Larry acquired many clients as their Financial Planner. He successfully formed his own company, Integrated Planning Solutions.
Larry loved working! He often said that working for his clients was his hobby. He was also interested in riding long distances on his bicycle, hiking on trails and traveling to different cities. Toronto, Ontario Canada was his favorite city to visit. Larry was very interested in visiting museums in the cities that he traveled to. Larry loved to stay in wonderful hotels and eat exotic food.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Jackson, his mother, Doris Board, his Step-father, John Board and his sister Cheryl Churchill. He is survived by his wife Mary Jackson, his brother Jerry (Helen) Jackson, his sister Jacqueline (Shabaka) Board, two bonus daughters; Kellee Schweitzer and Laurie Gooden, two grandchildren; Scarlett Schweitzer and Elliott Rivden, nieces and nephew; Bonitta (Booker) Smith, Printz Board, Jason Jackson and Robin Jackson; a host of great-nieces and nephews and other family members and numerous dear friends.

A celebration of life for Larry will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Schoedinger Worthington, 6699 N High Street, Worthington, OH 43085.
