Bonnie Boggs, 70, of Powell, went to her heavenly home on October 11, 2024. Bonnie was born in Lawrence County on December 17, 1953 to the late Elmer and Maeola (Ellis) Boggs. In addition to her parents, Bonnie is preceded in death by her partner, Gansey Johnston; brother Kenneth Boggs; and her sister Kimberly Slone.
Bonnie is survived by her brothers Joseph (Sherry) of Okeechobee, FL; Donnie (Brenda) of Willow Wood, OH; Danny (Sue) Scarberry of Chesapeake, OH; and Dennis (April) Scarberry of Willow Wood, OH.; several nieces and nephews. Bonnie had several caregivers who were like family to her. They went out shopping, to eat, and lots of other enjoyable outing. She also leaves behind her fur babies that were her world. Bonnie was loved and will be missed by many.
A service celebrating Bonnie’s life will be held at 4:00pm Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Schoedinger Worthington, 6699 North High Street, Worthington. The family will receive friends from after the service until 7:00pm. Burial will be at 1:00pm Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Highland Memorial Garden in South Point, Ohio.
