Gary William Housholder

Gary was a native of Atlanta and a resident of Acworth, Georgia for many years. He was a long-time member of Kennesaw United Methodist Church. Gary was a huge Georgia and Atlanta United fan.

Gary is survived by his wife, Claire, daughter Michelle Provost of Acworth, son Donald Housholder (Sarah), grandchildren Lori Housholder of Broomfield, CO, Mackenzie Provost of Acworth, Will Moody Framingham,MA, Branden and Edward Haltom of Acworth; sisters Margaret Troxel (Alan) of Phoenix, AZ, Linda Gore of Norcross, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Margaret Housholder, sisters Julie Guard and Donna Gonzalez, brother Richard D. Housholder.

Visitation for Gary will be held Saturday, August 17,2024, at 10am followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11am at Kennesaw Methodist Church, 1801 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Gary’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association - Alzheimer’s.org/donate or Parkinson’s Foundation - Parkinson.org
