Eva was born on April 30, 1961 in Marietta, Georgia to Florence and Albert Brown. Growing up, Eva spent time with her father while he worked on cars. She was a family oriented woman that was selfless, nonjudgmental, and extremely caring. She had a lot of love to give and made sure to spread it liberally to the world around her.
Eva was outgoing, bubbly, and had an amazing sense of humor. She had a heart for her animals as well as the children of the neighborhood. She cared about them so much that Eva has earned the title neighborhood mom. She would love to research anything and everything! She was an amazing detective and adored learning about her ancestry and history. She was a self-taught electronic guru and also enjoyed collecting angels. Eva was a woman of God and held strong in her beliefs.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Leonard “Lynn” Waugh; children, Danielle Waugh, Junior Waugh, and Sam Waugh (Tess); grandchildren, Tate Waugh, Delilah Waugh, Alexander Waugh, Laila Chellis, Audrey Waugh, and Alyssa Waugh; siblings, Susan Brown Hyde (Johnny), Catherine Agnew (Stephen), Dale Brown (Debbie), William “Buddy” Brown (Leann), Christa Valido (Aygie), and Deirdre Facente (Trae); brother in law, Don Richard Manpel (Judy); sister in law, Ronda Robinson (Mike); many nieces and nephews; and her loving pets, Tomcat, Bella, Dixie, and Bindi.
Services will be held at a later date.
