On Sunday, July 12, 2020, the Boatright family unexpectedly lost their beloved Father, Son and Brother.
Brian was born in Brunswick, Georgia on January 11, 1965. He was a graduate of Glynn Academy, and then Georgia State University. Brian was an avid computer programmer, specializing in Data Warehousing, and a SQL guru. He also loved watching his son play baseball, cycling, and reading books on statistics…sometimes while he took a walk. (Not many people can do that!)
Brian is survived by his mother Cora Vickers Boatright; his brother Steve Boatright; his son Ian Boatright; and former wife Elizabeth Boatright. He is predeceased by his father Stanley Boatright. His quirky sense of humor, patience with others, and keen intelligence, will sorely be missed.
Family members will be scattering Brian’s ashes into the ocean in a private ceremony. Friends and family will be asked to attend to celebrate Brian’s life; date and time is still to be determined.
