Carlos entered into eternal rest on March 3, 2016 at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York, New York, he was 71. Beloved husband of Alma Franco. Loving father of Alma Cruz and her husband Jason and Carlos Franco, Jr. and his wife Cynthia. Loving grandfather of Ariana Franco, Jaxon Franco, Alina Cruz, and Emma Cruz. Devoted son of Dolores Valcarcel. May he rest in peace.
