Richard "Ric" Mills

Ric was predeceased by his mother Addie in 1999 and leaves to cherish his memory, wife Carol of 42 years; daughters: Candi (Clayton) Rienks, Michelle (Barney) Brice and Krista (Aaron) Jorgensen; beautiful granddaughters: Kayla, Kaitlin, Hunter and Bentley as well as many special friends will remember him dearly.

Ric liked to spend his time hunting at the cabin up north with his good friend Jim and CFL football was always dear to his heart. Most mornings he could be found at coffee row, chatting about the town events. Ric was active in Kinsmen Club, Broadview Wildlife and enjoyed spending evenings playing poker. Ric made special friends on their few trips to warmer places, which he recently came to realize that he enjoyed.

He could also be found spending his time running after his girls, horses, cows, working in the shop, drama – whatever the girls were doing Grandpa was there.

Please join us on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Happy Hours Club, Broadview for coffee and stories. Ric would want you to come as you are. He was always a jeans and t-shirt kind of guy.

A private interment will take place in the Broadview Cemetery.
