Tony leaves to mourn his loving wife of 63 years, Martha (nee Maier), his children: Margaret, Susan (Brian), Terry (Bonnie), and Valerie (Kim) and his sister, Effie. He also leaves to mourn his grandchildren: Korri (Brent), Michael, Janelle, Braden, Stephen (Ameena), Laura (Blaise), Sarah (Brady), and Shaylin (Darren). Tony was also blessed with four great-grandchildren: Anaya, Connor, Nash, and Nel.
Tony was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Annie Velestuk and brothers: Joe, Philip and twin Adam.
A funeral service was held in Peace Lutheran Church on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with officiant Pastor Gerald Andersen. Interment in the Grenfell Cemetery.
