Marion Rushforth

Mrs. Marion F. Rushforth, 94, passed away Thursday morning March 24, 2011. Born in Harlem, New York, her parents were William and Ada Teneyck Smith. She is predeceased by her husband George Rushforth. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Rosemarie Rushforth of Winter Springs, her grandsons,Charles and Kevin Rushforth, four great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Friends are invited to call at the Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home, 1350 West Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789, Sunday from 2:00-5:00pm. Mrs. Rushforth's funeral service will be held in the Cox-Parker Chapel, Monday 11:00am with Pastor Frank Gorham officianting. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Peekskill, NY with Pastor Willet Porter officiating. Expressions of sympathy made be made to the Hospice of the Comforter in memory of Marion.
