Judith “Judy” Ann Stanford, 80, of Winter Park, Florida, passed away on January 30, 2022. Born in St. Cloud, Florida to parents, Harvey Padgett and Dolores Lahey Padgett, she was a lifelong resident of Central Florida.
Judy attended Boone High School and received her bachelor’s degree from UCF earning the distinction Summa Cum Laude upon graduation. She was the personal secretary for Circuit Judge Claude Edwards; the personal secretary for Charlie T. Wells at McGuire, Vordees and Wells; then became Office Manager for Wells, Gattis and Hallowes then she left to become a full time house wife and a mother to her Golden Retrievers.
She was an avid golfer and was president of the Interlachen Country Club Ladies Association, she also enjoyed reading and painting.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Robert Stanford; son, Mitchell Kimbro; daughter, Diana Kimbro; granddaughters, Kaley Vasquez and Jacey Kimbro; 3 great granddaughters, Ariana Vasquez and Kyla Vasquez, Pressley Bradshaw; and brother and his wife, Robert "Bob" and Kathy Padgett and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, February 10th from 11 A.M.-1 P.M. at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Goldenrod Chapel. Graveside service will be on Friday, February 11th at 10:30 A.M. at Palm Cemetery.
