Angela Maria Moeller, 91, of Maitland, Florida, died December 8, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.
Angela Maria was born in Hoboken, New Jersey on November 4, 1926. She was the youngest daughter of a large Italian immigrant family who settled in New Jersey. Angela graduated from Demarest High School, June 1944. She married her high school sweetheart, Peter G. Moeller. Peter died early in their marriage at the age of 27, leaving Angela to raise two young children, Peter age 5 and Christine age 2. Angela attained her college degree from Fordham University. She had a long and rewarding career as an educator and administrator. She worked at Monmouth University in New Jersey before relocating to Florida where she enjoyed a long and successful career at Rollins College.
Angela had a lifetime passion for reading, writing and sewing. She was always smiling and encouraging to others. She loved sharing stories and memories with family and friends. She had a true gift for writing inspirational and uplifting cards and letters. Angela was a parishioner of St Margaret Mary Church since 1968.
Angela is preceded in death by her beloved son, Peter M. Moeller. She is survived by her daughter, Christine, son-in-law Jack, grandchildren Jennifer and Christian.
