Maryann,
     It's been a year and it still hurts like yesterday. I miss you terribly. I can't tell you the times I've called your phone just hoping you'd answer just one more time. I know we sometimes drove each other crazy like mother and daughter-in-laws do to each other, but I loved you like crazy. Today like many days has been hard for Marc, Markie and I. I see alot of you in your son ( the fearless, strong, stubborn but good hearted, give you the shirt off his back) and I thank you for all you've taught him.  You were a wonderful mother an awesome grandma.  Save a spot for us in heaven next to you and be there to great us as we show up. Till then we love you and we miss you.

Family of Mary Ann:  Your mother has been by hair stylist for over 30 years.  She was a good friend and We loved her.  Our children grew up getting hair cuts from her too.  I found out about her passing off the Just My Style site as I was trying to make an appointment.  I wish I could have been at her service because she was very dear to me and my family.   Yes she loved her family.  Please keep her memory alive for her grandchildren and in your heart because you had a wonderful, caring mother.    So happy she was a christian that loved her Lord so she is in heaven today healed and living in the mansion prepared for her.  So sorry for your great loss!!  I will never forget this dear friend. Maryann was a beautiful spirt who had a heart & soul who loved unconditionally to everyone she met.  She was my best friend, hair stylist and part of my family for 15 years since I moved to Clermont.  She touched many people lives in Lake county and throughout Florida because of her open heart and love of people and animals.

She will be missed by many people and I hope and pray her memory will be kept alive by all of us who loved her and knew her in years to come.  She loved her family with open arms and always  
talked about them and how proud she was of them. 

I love you and will miss you dearly and I know that you are resting in peace with God and your family.

Ann and I have known Mary Ann for many years to have been the nicest,  friendliest lady.  We are so sorry to hear of her passing and hope her family will accept our condolences.   She will be greatly missed.  Always looked for a big beautiful smile at haircut time.

Maryann was my neighbor and also did my hair for a long time. She loved her family and animals dearly. She also loved to go flying whenever she got the opportunity. 
I included a picture of Maryann with Mihaela and myself at the Gaelic Storm concert about 2 1/2 yrs ago.  It was so much fun, we had a great time, and she had the time of her life!
My thoughts are with her family and friends during this sad time.

Maryann was a wonderful woman who loved  everyone she met. She was a loving and caring person to her family, friends, and her beloved animals. Our family met her several years ago at the hair salon where she worked. She and my Mother grew very fond of each other. When my Mom, Elsie, was put on Hospice, she came all the time to visit her and eventually she offered to do all of Elsie's hair appointments from home so she could be more comfortable. She then became one of her care givers. She was a God sent to me and to my Mom. I will miss her beautiful smile and her warm, welcoming hugs. She talked endlessly of her two sons, her daughter-in-law, and her grandchildren. She also loved God and I know that she is in Heaven right now, joining my Mom and watching lovingly down on us, May you rest in peace my sweet friend, I will see you again someday, Take care of my Mom and enjoy each other till I can be with you both again. Dear kids, I just met your mother on May 23 of this year. I moved in across the street from her at Cypress Cove. She came over almost every morning for coffee since we met. She spoke alot of you two boys and also Penny and her two grandsons.  Her face would light up when speaking of you. I am going to say a funny. She didn't want the son and Penny to see the car inside she said you would be mad because you had bought her the car and she had to keep it nice. She cherished her car. May peace be with you at this time. RIP Mary you are missed greatly already. Godspeed..

Maryann is survived by her loving children: Marc Johnson and his wife Penny; Adam Johnson and his wife Natia; and Tricia Pittman and her husband Kevin; her brothers: William Rhodes and his wife Amanda and John Rhodes and by her beloved grandchildren: Marc Johnson, Aidan Johnson, Hailey Pittman and Holden Pittman.
