Todd was born in Forsyth County on March 6, 1968 to Clarence “Richard” and Loretta Snow Dull. He was a 1986 graduate of North Forsyth High School. Todd was dedicated to his career as a truck driver for Finzer Roller. He was a car enthusiast and loved going to drag races, as well as shooting guns. He could often be found trying new restaurants and spending time with his family. Todd will be remembered as a humble and selfless man. He was a devoted father, son, and brother.
He was preceded in death by his mother. Todd leaves behind his son, Brandon (Sara) Dull; father, Richard (Patsy) Dull; sister, Melinda (Larry) Rhymer; nephew, Eric Rhymer; great nephews, Ashton and Bentley Rhymer; and many other loved ones.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, August 31st from 5pm to 7pm at Vogler Funeral & Cremations, 3815 Yadkinville Rd. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor Patrick Marion officiating. Burial will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park.
