Remaining to cherish her memory are her sister, Shelley Hadley (Stephen) and her Grand Children Austin Peters, Evan Peters Jaydin Peters, her nephews Terry Hadley, Derek Hadley (Rachelle), Justin Hadley,(Elicia) and her long-time friend, Jeff Herd. She was predeceased by her Parents Jessie and Frank McPhee and her daughter Lee Ann Peters.
Patricia led an adventurous full life which led her to many different parts of the country. Her career included time with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and Investors Group, both organizations of which she was very proud to be associated with. In her retirement she became an active member of the Lions Place Resident’s council, a position she held in high regard and devoted much of her time to.
Patricia had a passion for horses and acquired many Ribbons for the equestrian events she participated in over the years. In the last few years, she developed a passion for Art and spent many hours with her nephew Terry exploring art stores to find the best paints and tools to pursue this passion.
Unfortunately, lung disease cut her business and riding career short and after years of a health struggle, in 2020 Patricia required a Double Lung Transplant. With the support of her dear friend Jeff Herd, she travelled to Edmonton for this life saving surgery and was feeling much better in the last years of her life.
So, as we all remember Patricia, her wishes were that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Manitoba Lung Association or Transplant Manitoba to allow others to benefit from the miracle of organ donation and medical support.
