Marjorie Ellen Rennie

Peacefully on Wednesday May 11th, 2022 at the age of 79 our beloved “Margie” passed away at the Grace Hospital. Mom was the center of our little family and we loved her dearly with all of our hearts.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Jack of 54 years, her daughter Lisa, her son Bryan (Rita), her brother Al (Donna), brother in-law Ron (Jean) and her nieces and nephews.

Mom had a great sense of humour and we shared so many laughs and good times together. She enjoyed cooking, baking, talking on the phone, looking at her Ipad, and finding a good deal while shopping. Mom was a loyal friend and had many long-lasting friendships that she developed over the years from growing up in West St. Paul, working at the Royal Bank and participating in various social groups. What she loved the most was her family, she always put us first making sure we were okay and taken care of before herself. It was hard for her this last year having to let others help as she was fiercely independent, and she was overwhelmed by the love and support shown by our family and friends. Margie was a fighter with a positive attitude and was happy for the life she had lived. We will miss her forever and always! Love you Mom!

There will no funeral as per Margie’s wishes. Donations may be made in Margie’s memory to Cancer Care or the Grace Hospital Foundation.
