Kit Ping will be dearly missed by her family: Richard her husband of 48 years; their two sons Edwin (Kristen) and Eric (Lee-Ann); and five grandchildren Emma, Lauren, Jaymie, Noah and Ethan.
Kit Ping moved to Canada in 1972 with her husband from the U.K. and lived in Winnipeg until her passing.
She was a humble, dedicated teacher to her students, was passionate about her music teaching and beloved by all who knew her.
She was a wonderful wife and loving mother who sacrificed many things to create a caring nurturing environment for her family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 22 at 10:00 am at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers and health professionals at the Grace Hospital and HSC (Unit GD4) for their efforts to provide the upmost care for Kit Ping.
