She is lovingly remembered by her son Carlo; and grandchildren Savana and Joshua; Daughter Oriana and boyfriend Terry Bolton; and his children Jesse, Kyle and Devon; her sisters Maria Casarin and Nella Dignazio; brothers Venanzio and Camillo Marinelli, sisters-in-law Maria Marinelli and Concetta Marinelli; brothers-in-law Luigi, Domenico and Giovanni, Gabrielle, sisters-in-law Lidia and Maria; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mama was predeceased by her loving husband Berardo; parents Annina and Silvestro; her brother Domenico; and sister Gilda. Her mother and father-in-law Orienta and Carmine Marinelli; Mario Dignazio; Angelo Casarin; Ricardo Giovanni; Silvanna Marinelli; Luigi Valerii; Giovanni Didomenicantoni and Mariannina Marinelli.
Mama was born March 25, 1936 in San Giorgio di Crognaleto, Teramo Italy. She met and married the love of her life Berardo, they both immigrated to Canada in 1965 and raised their family.
Mama’s greatest achievement was her family; she had many friends and always brightened peoples’ lives with her infectious smile and personality. She worked at several places Riverview Health Center being the last. She also loved cooking and gardening. She was a choir member at the Holy Rosary Parish for over 25 years.
In Mama’s later years she developed dementia however always remembered her children, she lead a happy life visiting Lions Manor and Deer Lodge Day Club Program and enjoyed Tuesday night dinners with family and friends.
The family extends a heartfelt expression of gratitude to her first caregiver Marites and last caregiver Ernesto, who have become a part of our family. As well, Marilyn, Cindy and all the past caregivers.

Prayers will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:00 am, at Holy Rosary Church, with Father Sam Argenziano.
