After a short Illness on December 27th, 2017 at 67 years of age. Predeceased by his wife Josee. Beloved son of Lois and the late Jerry Marchand. Bill is survived by his brother Gary, sister Sandra and by his nieces. Bill will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. At Bill's request no visitation or funeral services will be held.
