65 years. It is with great sadness that the family announces Ross’s sudden passing on February 15, 2012 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of 43 years to Judy (nee Munroe). Loving father to Ross James and Joe Konopaski. Dearest brother to Rose Marie Hitch (Late Jack). Judy Comeau (Nova Scotia), Frank Konopaski (Lana) (Peterborough), Cynthia Konopaski (Toronto) and Peter Konopaski (Teena). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ross was retired from Chrysler Transportation, was a long-time member of C.A.W. Local #444, was an avid fisherman and a motorcycle enthusiast. Friends will be received at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home, 1969 Wayndotte St. E., on Saturday February 18, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. till time of memorial service at 3:00 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
