Anne Sagin

October 14, 1920 - August 15, 2021

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Anne Sagin at her home at Amica Riverside Retirement Home on Sunday August 15, 2021.

Anne passed peacefully with her family by her side. Anne was born to Anton and Mary Silverson and raised in Ormiston, Saskatchewan. After her marriage, she moved to Ontario, to Virginiatown, Essex and Windsor.

Predeceased by her husband, John Sagin (1981) and son Donald Sagin (2007).

Nanny to William Sagin, Laurrie Leader (Brian) and Tommy Sagin (Tammy).

Great Nanny to Brendan, Kyle, Amanda, Brianna, Zachary, Haleigh, Paige and Jordan.

Dear sister to the late Collins, Joe (Sophie), Peter (Anne), Sidney (Donna) Silverson and Doris (Mike) Kosluk. Survived by sister in law Virginia Silverson.

Anne will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and their families locally and out west.

The family would like to extend our sincere thanks to the staff and management at Amica Riverside, the PSW's from Paramed, the VON and the LIHN for the support they provided in Anne's final days.

A private family service was held August 23, 2021 with interment at Windsor Memorial Gardens with her husband and son.
