James Edward Parker, Jr was born in Plainfield, New Jersey on February 17th 1962. Son of Carol M. Parker and James Parker he was their only child. He graduated from Plainfield High School with the class of 1980.
He found his gift at an early age playing baseball. He loved and played the game on many different teams from New Jersey to Georgia where he played his last games. He also had a love for music and making everyone laugh with his great sense of humor. He had a rough outer shell when you first met him but he was golden on the inside when you got to know him more. James Parker was a hard working man. He loved and cherish his family more than anything. His daughters and grandchildren were his world.
James and Enaud knew each other from elementary school and reconnected many years later and we're married in December 2009. They shared 14 years of a beautiful loving marriage.
James Parker has left us here on earth but is with us in our hearts and the memories we have made with him over these many years and the laughter that literally has us in tears from his jokes. From the love of his family and baseball and music let us remember the amazing times we've had with him and cherish those memories together today.
James Parker leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Enaud E Parker; his beautiful daughters: Kiley Parker, Eris D'anne Merritt, Jasmin Davis and Tasha Cooper; his beautiful grandchildren: James Parker, Machai Collins, Da' Nyse Collins, Kaylee Mann, Maia Jai Bonds, Marlee Michelle Sims, Jordan Cooper and Journey Cooper; and host of loving relatives and friends.
