Gary Lee Byler

Mr. Byler was a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He is the son of Henry Byler and Judith Richards Byler. He was currently employed with Carvana as an Automotive Inspector.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Byler is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Daphne Smith Byler; son, Corey Lee (Melissa) Byler; daughter, Kayla Byler (Matthew) Seawright; brother, Greg Byler; sisters, Teresa Yoder and Cindy Jamison; and two grandchildren, Micah and Taylor.

If you knew Gary, you knew that he had a heart bigger than the world. He cared for you, no matter who you were... a friend, a co-worker, a relative, a son, a daughter, son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, a stranger on the side of the road, holding a sign asking for help. He wanted every person to be safe and happy, even sacrificing his self to this end.

We know now that he is in heaven and they are rejoicing to have him there. Rest and rejoice my love

The Memorial Service to honor and celebrate the life of Mr. Gary Lee Byler will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. Lee Sass officiating.

Smith Funeral Home, Winder, is entrusted with the arrangements.
