Helen Valerie Bradley

She was born in Monmouth County, New Jersey in 1933, daughter of the late Loretta Spiegelhauer. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Bayne Bradley, Sr.

Valerie always was babysitting for one family member or another but wouldn’t have it any other way. She loved spending time with her family and as a result she was able to touch the lives of numerous children. When she found the time she would enjoy bowling, NC Tarheels Basketball, watching her stories, Days of our Lives was one of her favorites and she loved to go out to TGIF’s and Pizza Hut. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

She is survived by her children; Bayne Bradley, Jr. (Wilmington), Mike Bradley and wife Mary Ann (Rocky Point), Steven Bradley, Sr. (Wilmington), Glenn Bradley (Raleigh), Lori Ann Bradley (Wilmington), 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service, 3915 Oleander Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403.

Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Coble Ward- Smith Funeral Service Chapel. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412.
