I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was so kind, funny and thoughtful! Whenever she comes to mind, I think of all the ways in which she made an impact on my life- she was very special. So glad she was a part of my life. Thinking of you all.

Helen and I shared many years working together and friendship was a plus.  Many good memories about work and family things. Keep all the good memories in the forefront of your minds.  That's what she would want you to do.

Cathi, my heartfelt condolences to you & your family. Got to know her through all the years of doing your hair & having Helen come into the shop to get herself pretty, too. Such a beautiful person, all-loving & proud of her daughter & granddaughter every time she looked at them.  She will surely be missed but in our hearts forever.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of u...i am so grateful for all the times as early as being a child to know "MAX" as my second mother...all of us were a part of each other families...as i visited her often on my trips back to Chicago...i am so thankful and blessed to be with her a couple of weeks ago and even played Bingo together...of course neither one of us won!...i know in my heart she is at peace and that George, Max and Steve will look down at us as our ANGELS!
