September 10, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Katherine E. (nee Haase) Smith; loving father of Jeffrey (Carrie) Carver, Leslie (Michael) Wolf and the late John Carver; cherished grandfather of Jillian, Gretchen, Alex, Sara, Madeline, Erica and Charlie; devoted great-grandfather of seven; dear brother of David (Judy), Bryan (Carol) and Deb Smith.
