March 29, 2020. Beloved wife of the late George Bernard “Bernie” Fitzhugh; loving mother of Eva A. Fitzhugh and Gloria Fitzhugh-Ajar; cherished grandmother of Emily Ajar, Megan (Jamil) Hamad and Kate Ajar; adoring great-grandmother of Adam; dear sister of Margaret Dirschedl, Mary Ann (Craig) Duff and the late Joseph, Karl (late Erna), James (Barbara) and John Dirschedl; proud Godmother of PFC Peter J. Duff; and loving family member of Yoni Mizrachi; also survived by nieces, nephews and ex son-in-law Thomas H. Ajar.
The family will be present to receive friends Wednesday, June 17th from 4-8 PM at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5541 Main Street (at Cayuga Rd.) Williamsville. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday morning, June 18th at 10 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Swormville.
Mrs. Fitzhugh worked at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital for over 35 years.
