Richard Keith Kendall

April 17, 1952 (Ann Arbor, MI) - March 4, 2019 (Williamston, MI)

Rick passed away after a short fight with a rare form of cancer. Aged 66, a resident of Williamston, Michigan he departed on March 4, 2019 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He is survived by his wife Misha, daughters Kristin and Laura, son Zachary, granddaughter Kayley, sister Barbara Kendall Souza and her husband Pete, niece Jill Souza Norton (Read) and nephew Matthew Souza (Nikole).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Helen Kendall, and brother Donald Keith Kendall, Jr.

Fun-loving and young at heart, he used to say that his children and granddaughter kept him young. Sports, conversation and music were his favorite pastimes. With his quirky sense of humor he could make anybody laugh. He could come up with the most off the wall comments to amuse. A Wolverine fanatic, he never missed a Michigan football game. And of course, he was a huge rock and roll fan. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends and all who knew him.

There will be a memorial service at Oakwood Cemetery in Saline, MI this spring. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
