Audrey Rose Smith, 14, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on November 14, 2024. Born on July 31, 2010, Audrey's life was characterized by her boundless creativity, silliness, and fearless nature. A student at Leslie Middle School, she embraced life with a compassionate and loving heart.
Audrey's interests were varied and vibrant; she enjoyed spending quality time with her friends and family, engaging in arts and crafts, and exploring her passions for cooking, art, and makeup. An avid user of TikTok, she also shared special moments with her boyfriend, Ryder, who brought immense joy to her life. Audrey's adventurous spirit sparked through her love for nature, and was the type of person who lit up the world of all her family and friends through her presence.
She was baptized at Mount Hope Church in 2022, a significant experience in her spiritual journey.
Audrey leaves behind a loving family: parents Christopher Smith (Angela McDonald) and Katie Crawford (Justin Norton); siblings Issac, Brooke, Remington, and Hannah Smith. Grandparents David and Nicole Crawford, Terry and Michelle Smith, Danielle Montrull, and Cindy Gilhouse. She is also survived by her great-grandparents Constance Pendell, and Lisa Crawford. Audrey was preceded in death by great-grandparents Myron and Louise Smith, Gordon Pendell, Audrey Crawford, Estil Crawford, and Jim and Dixie Gilhouse.
Audrey's life was a testament to the power of love and forgiveness, impacting all who knew her with her caring nature and compassionate spirit. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a beacon of joy and creativity in the lives of her family and friends.
